F. McCOY LOWE

   WAKEFIELD - A funeral service for F. McCoy Lowe was conducted at 2:30 p.m. 
Friday in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. L.P. Bland. Burial 
was in Rocky Hock United Methodist Church Cemetery, Surry County.

   Pallbearers were Vernon Lowe, Franklin Lowe, Alvin Lowe, Winston Lowe, 
Robert Lowe, Haywood Lowe, A.C. Lowe, and West Lowe.

   Lowe, 64, died in a Newport News hospital Wednesday after a long illness.

   A native of Southampton County, he was a son of Benjamin F. and Mrs. Laura 
Lewis Lowe.

   Surviving is a brother, A.H. Lowe of Wakefield.
