ANSEBELIA BENA ROGERS 

  Miss Ansebelia Bena Rogers, 53, died Feb. 20 at Newport News Hospital after 
a long illness.  She was a lifelong resident of Surry Co. and a member of 
Rocky Hock Methodist Church.  She was the daughter of George W. and Ida 
Goodrich Rogers.

  She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary R. Bailey of Norfolk and two 
brothers, S. Oliver Rogers and G. Benjamin Rogers both of Wakefield.

  Services will be held at Purviance Funeral Chapel in Wakefield, Thursday, 
Feb. 22 at 2:30 p.m. with burial at Rocky Hock Cemetery. Rev. Edward B. Owen 
and Rev. L.P. Bland will officiate.

  Pallbearers are C.M. Ellis, Jr., Joe Eggleston, S.A. Whitmore, Jr., Fred T. 
Goodrich and B.H. Goodrich.
