Susie L. Stallings 

  Mrs. Susie Little Stallings, 76, of RFD, Surry, died late Friday night 
after a long illness, in Riverside Hospital.

  She was a native of Surry County, and a member of Mill Swamp Baptist Church.

  Survivors include her husband, B. Raney Stallings; two daughters, Mrs. 
Thomas Cofer of Spring Grove and Mrs. W.R. Kitchen of Colonial Heights; three 
sons, J.W. McEnerney Jr. and Clyde W. McEnerney, both of Newport News, and 
E.H. McEnerney, of Harrisonburg; two sisters, Mrs. L.V. Little Sr. of Ivor 
and Mrs. Effie Edwards of Newport News, 11 grandchildren and 10 great-
grandchildren.

  A funeral service was held Monday in the Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield. 
The Rev. Emmett Diggs, and Rev. James A. Cales, officiated. Burial followed 
in the Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.

  The family received friends Sunday night from 7-9 p.m. in the Colonial 
Funeral Home.
