Stewart [sic*; Stuart] of Richmond. She was the widow of James Graves Stewart and a member of Rocky Hock Methodist Church. Survivors include two other sons, Roy H. Stewart [sic*; Stuart] of Ashland and Ashton L. Stewart [sic*; Stuart] of Richmond; a brother, Odie Goodrich of Wakefield; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Purviance Funeral Chapel. She was a member of Rocky Hock Church, a native of Surry County, the daughter of Emmett Wesley and Sallie Washington Goodrich, and the widow of James Graves Stewart. She is survived by three sons, Willie B. Stewart [sic; Stuart] and Ashton L. Stewart [sic; Stuart] of Richmond; and Roy H. Stewart [sic; Stuart] of Ashland; one brother, Odie Goodrich of Wakefield, and six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Purviance Funeral Chapel, Thursday, Dec. 20, at 2 p.m. with Rev. L.P. Bland officiating. Burial was at Rocky Hock Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were J.G. Goodrich, Leslie Goodrich, B.H. Goodrich, John W. Goodrich, Edward O'Berry, John Carson and Gilbert Newton.
