Donna Maria Williams

  DENDRON - Donna Maria Williams, 18, died Oct. 7 in Surry.  Miss Williams 
was a native of Norfolk and formerly attended Assembly of God of Surry. 
She was a 1983 graduate of Surry County High School. 

  Survivors include her parents, James O. and Mary Jean Williams of Dendron; 
a brother, James Anthony Williams of Dendron; maternal grandparents, Mr. and 
Mrs. J.L. Halsey of Creswell, N.C.; paternal grandfather, Joel C. Williams of 
Edenton, N.C. 

  A funeral service was held Oct. 10 at Purviance Funeral Chapel in Wakefield. 
Burial was in Wakefield.  Officiating was the Rev. Larry O'Brien.  Memorial 
donations can be made to the Surry Rescue Squad.
