DOROTHY MAE PEARCE WILLIAMS 

  WAKEFIELD - Dorothy Mae Pearce Williams of Wakefield passed away Wednesday, 
November 27, 2013.  Born February 27, 1923 in Greensboro, North Carolina, she 
was a daughter of the late Marvin and Ethel Simpson Pearce.  Mrs. Williams was 
a member of Rocky Hock United Methodist Church and a loving and devoted 
mother.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her, Carl R. 
"Randy" Williams, Jr., and her sister, Marie Witherspoon. 

  Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ginger W. Howell and her 
husband, Gaines; granddaughter, Christina Hodge-Hanchey and a great-grandson, 
Wyland Hanchey. 

  A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Rocky 
Hock United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Cliff Fritzing officiating. 
The family is being served by R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 
Wakefield Chapel.
