THADDEUS SHELVIE WRENN 

THADDEUS WRENN SUCCUMBS AT 95 

  Thaddeus S. Wrenn, a son of B. Frank and Mrs. Susan Tunally Wrenn and the 
husband of the late Mrs. Hannah Seward Wrenn.

  He was the oldest member of Union Congregational Christian Church.

  Surviving are three sons, T.S. Wrenn, Jr. of Hopewell and B. Frank Wrenn 
and J. Paul Wrenn of Dendron; and a grandson, David Franklin Wrenn of Hammond, 
Ind.

  A funeral service was held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, 
Wakefield by Dr. R.E. Brittle.  Burial was in the family cemetery, Surry 
County.

  Pallbearers were: Shelton Stewart, Basil Bryant, Freeman Wrenn, Charles 
Wrenn, Cephus Brittle, Garland Morris, Bennie Wrenn, Wallace Faison, Sam 
Warren, and Elbert Seward.
