Burgess, Robert: Leg. - He of Surry Co., makes wife, Ann Burgess, Extrx. To 
Thos. Dunn, son of Jno. Dunn of Surry all my land after death to wife. If Thomas 
Dunn die, to go to John Dunn, Sr., paying to "my brother", Thomas Burgess, and 
his children 40 lbs. In case Dun never hears from the said Thomas Burgess and 
his children then Dunn to pay 5 lbs. sterling to the Chappel of Upper part of 
Surry Parish. To Richard Shoker (or Stokey). To John Rawlings, John Dunn not to 
mortgage land from his children, to be continued in name of Dunn, wife all 
goods, etc., in Virginia. 6 Feb. 1682.
