WILL OF THOMAS FERVER (1712)

IN THE NAME OF GOD amen the Last Will & Testament of Thomas Ferver being sick
& weak in body but of perfect sence & memory & I do revoke & make void all
other Wills & declare this my Last Will & Testament in manner and form
following.

Bequeath my soul to God hoping, by the mercy of Jesus Christ my savior, to
have everlasting salvation.  I give my body to the earth to be decently buryed
at the discretion of my Executors as shall be hereafter named & for what
worldly estate as God hath bestowed upon me , I bestow & give as followeth my
funerall charges & just debts being paid, that my whole estate of what nature
or kind soever only two ewes & lambs; one I give to my daughter-in-law,
Christian Baly & one to Ann Warrin & all the rest of my estate, goods &
chattells, explicit & implicit, I give to be equally devided between my son
Samuel Ferver & my loving wife, Elizabeth Ferver.  Only one large brass
cittell? I desire my son Samuell may have it allowing his mother in other
effects & appoint my son, Samuell Ferver, my whole & sole Executor of this my
last Will & Testament bearing date December ye 20th 1712.

The above mentioned Will of Thomas Ferver deceased was presented in court by
Samuell Ferver Executor thereof, who made oath thereto & being proved by the
oaths of Robert Baily and Thomas Waller, witnessess thereto the same was
ordered to be recorded and is recorded by:
