Smith who died April 21 and now put into Writing this 23rd day of April 1720. Which was uttered in thse or the like Words in our presence of us the Subscribers. As for my Sister Mary she is taken Care for & therefore I will give her nothing. And as for his brother Samuel he is likely to be a lusty man & able to work for his living therefore he would give him some small thing for a Memorandum of him such as David Burnett should think fit and all the rest of his Estate to goe to his two Sisters Eliz. & Sarah to be equally divided between them at the discretion of David Burnitt and some other man as he thinks fitt and his wareing Cloath he give to David Burnett.
