In the name of God Amen The Last Will and testament of Thomas King being very weak in body but in perfect sence and memory. Thanks be to Almighty God for it this 23rd day of August 1731. First I give and bequeth my soul back to mighty God in hopes of a glorious refraction ____ ____my body to be Dessendly born to the ground and ____ ____ as for all my worldly goods that God of his great mercy hath ______________________________I give and bequeth to my son John King _____________________lives with the Apputences thereunto belonging ____ _____land to a line of new markt of trees beginning at a line on Ros T. Park meadows at a Pine from Thence to Branches Road. I give and bequeth to my loving wife Deborah the Plantation ______I now live with the Apputenances thereunto belonging and thereafter ______of my land aforementioned within that after said _____ ____ ____ ____ ____and after her Decess to return to my son John King and ___ ___ ___kDesire is that my Son Thomas King should have his Charges of four ____either White Oak or Cyprus off of the aforesaid land to build on a piece of land adjoining to it as I shall after mention and also I give my wife Deborah the half of my movable Estate within doors and without during her naturall life or Widowhood and after her Decees to be equally divided between my three daughters (Eliza)Eliabeth Mary & Jane. I give and bequath to my son Thomas King an Entry of land purchased of John Chapman lying on Ros T. Park Meadows and a small Percille of Land adjoining to it about forty Acres be it more or less and Counted with a line of New Markt trees beginning on Ros T. Park Meadow at a Pine and thence up to branches Road as is as before mentioned and the said line was markt and laid out in the Prefence of Thomas Baley to him and his heires for Ever and if he should die without heirs Lawfully begottone To go to James King & his heirs forEver and it how should dif without their Lawfully begotton them Lawfully begottne them to Return to John King and his heirs for Ever & I desire my son Thomas should have the charges of that. Entry of Land paid out of is' Estate and five pounds Currant money for the use of building on is' aforesaid Land and a heifer about three years old usally called his. I give and bequeath to my son Joseph King five Shillings. I give and bequeath the other half of my Estate to be Equally divided between my Four Sons (Eliz) William King Thomas King James King Benjamin King and I desire my son Thomas King to be at age to have the benifit of his ______at the age of twenty and to Enter into Possession of his Land & Estate and I do appoint my loving Wife Deborah to be my whole and sole executrise of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal.
