I Robert Layland of the Parish of Southwark and the County of Surry being very weak in Body yet of Sound and Disposing Mind and Memory thanks be to God for the same do Make and Ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following / Vitz.__ Item, I Give and Bequeath to Peggy Berriman all my Wife’s Wearing Apparel__ Item, I Give and Bequeath to Jeremiah Peirce all the rest of my Estate both Real & Personal to him and his Heirs forever__ Lastly, I do appoint my trusty Friend Jeremiah Peirce whole & Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoking all other heretofore by me made.
