To son Joshua land purchased of Francis Oysten, 180 acres, also Negroes and 15 pounds for a gold ring. To son John three tracts of land; one purchased of George Lee; one purchased of my brother George Nicholson; one tract purchased of Thomas Dunn, 235 acres, also one Negro and a gold ring. To son Robert, the tract of land purchased of Robert Rivers, 200 acres and Negroes and a gold ring. To daughter, Joyce, one Negro and gold ring. Daughter Elizabeth, one Negro, forty pounds money and a gold ring. To wife Joannah Joyce money to buy each of my two youngest children gold rings.
