In ye Name of God Amen I Tho: Pidington of Surry County
being sick & weake in Body
but of prfect memory God be praised doe make and declare
this my Last Will and
testamt: in writing in manner following And first I bequeath
my Soul, to god my Creatr:
hopeing to be sav’d by ye merritts of My Redemer Jesus
Christ and my body to ye Earth
from whence itt Came and for what Earthly substance which
God hath been pleased to
Lend me I give and bequeath in manner and form following
Item I give my house and
Land after ye decease of my Loveing Wife to my Eldest Sonn
Tho: Piddington
I give and bequeath unto my three sons my three Guns ye
Eldest to have his Choice and
see to ye youngest  I give ye rest of my Estate after my
Debts are paid between my
Loveing Wife Abigail and my three sons and furthr: itt is my
desire that my Chidren may
live with my wife till they come to age and I make my
Loveing wif Abigail my hole &
Ex: of this my Last will and testament hereby declareing
this to be my Last will and
