Will of William "Walden" Woleing, 1775 - Surry Co. VA In the name of God Amen I William Woleing of Surry County being Sick but in perfect mind and memory, Thanks be to God make this my last Will and Testement, in manner and form following, Item (1) I give and bequeath unto my three Sons William Woleing, Michael Woleing and Drury Woleing all my Lands to be equally divided between tem, only it is my desire that my Son Drury Woleing shall have the Plantation I now live on, with the third part of my Land adjoining, to him and his Heirs forever. It is my Will and desire that the other two Parts to be equally divided between my other two Sons, William and Michael to them and their Heirs forever. It is my Will and desire that there be no Division of my Land nor other Estate 'til after the Death of my beloved Wife Sarah Woleing. Item I give and bequeath unto my Son, John Woleing five Shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Priscilla five Shillings Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elender one Shilling Item I give and bequeath unto my Wife Sarah Woleing 1 Bed and furniture. Item it is my desire that as much of my Estate should be sold and my just Debts to be paid. It is my Will and desire that Wm. Bailey, Wm. Andrews and Stephen Sorbs do make an equal Division of my Land agreeable to this my Will as above written. Lastly I do contrite appoint William Bailey and William Andrews to be my whole and sole Estimators of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and disannulling all other Wills by me made, In Witness whereof I have here unto Sid my Hand and Seal this Eight Day of February in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and Seventy five- Signed Sealed & Published And declared by the said William Woleing to be his last Will and Testament William X Woleing L S in the Presence of Mark Her Mary M.
