Witnesseth that the Said Winifred Long, James Long and Lucy his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred and Seventy four dolls current money of Virginia to them in hand paid or secured to be paid by the said Sally Wrenn the Receipt whereof the said Winifred Long, James Long and Lucy his wife doth hereby Confess and acknowledge unto the said Sally Wrenn her Heirs Executors and Administrators of and from all and every part of the said sum doth hereby acquit and forever by these presents discharge hath Bargained sold and alienated made over and Confirmed and doth by these presents Bargain and Sell make over and Confirm unto the said Sally Wrenn and her heirs and assigns forever. One certain Tract or parcel of Land with all the appurtenances Situated lying and being in the County of Sussex Containing twenty one & three quarter acres be the same more or less and bound as follows (To Wit) lying on the north side of the Spring Swamp and bounded by the land of Lazarus Long James Long and the said Sally Wrenn's Lands To have and to hold the Said Tract of Land with all and singular the rights privileges improvements and appurtenances of all and every kind whatsoever unto the said Sally Wrenn her heirs and assigns forever and the said Winifred Long, James Long, and Lucy his wife for themselves and their heirs doth hereby covenant and by these presents firmly agree to and with the said Sally Wrenn her heirs and assigns the said right Title or demand of all and every person or persons will Warrant and forever by these presents defend and maintain unto the said Sally Wrenn and to her Heirs and assigns forever in Witness whereof we the said Winifred Long James Long and Lucy his wife doth hereunto set our hands and affix our seals the day and year herein first above Written --------------- Signed Sealed and delivered her in the presence of Winifred x Long (Seal) mark see page 345 for acknlwd of Winnefred Long James Long . . . .
