I do with the advice of Council certify that Mary Roland Alias Mary Rollings, 
widow of William Roland /Rollings/, who was a private in the 15th Virginia 
Regiment and who died in the service of the United States is allowed the sum ten 
pounds yearly, commencing on the first day of January 1786.  Given under my hand 
as Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, this 1st day of March 
1787.
