I do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that Sarah Wilkerson, widow 
of Thomas Wilkerson who was a private in the 15th Virginia Regiment and died in 
the service of the United States is entitled to the sum of six pounds yearly to 
commence from the first day of January 1786,  Given under my hand as Governor of 
the Commonwealth of Virginia, at Richmond, 1786 this 12th day of November 1787.
