A native of Surry County, he was a salesman for an advertising company. He was the son of John William and Adelaide Seawell Bage. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Hutton Bage and two sons, Wilson S. Bage, Jr. and Kenneth C. Bage, all of Colonial Heights. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Garland Gray of Waverly; three brothers, John W. Bage, Holland; George B. Bage, Homestead, Florida; and Joe S. Bage, Waverly. Funeral services were held at Waverly Congregational Christian Church, June 22 with burial at the Waverly Cemetery. The Rev. M.F. Sallinger and the Rev. Ira J. Carter officiated. Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield was in charge of arrangements.
