Boothe of Wakefield, who died Thursday after a long illness. He was a son of Benjamin F. and Mrs. Lucy Judkins Boothe and the husband of the late Mrs. Myrtle Williams Boothe. A retired farmer, he was a charter member of the Wakefield Ruritan Club and a deacon and trustee of Millfield Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Bailey S. Ashby of Disputanta, Mrs. L.T. Saunders of Warrenton, and Miss Eleanor Boothe of Wakefield; a sister, Miss Lona Boothe of Wakefield; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Dr. Herman Farley, J.H. Stephenson, Jr., J.V. Ballard, S.A. Whitmore Sr., E.V. Stephenson Jr., Earl Brittle, F.S. Bain, Edwin Carroll, A.M. Felts, J.B. Wickleson Jr. and W.C. Seely.
