ALMA MORRIS BAILEY 

  WAKEFIELD - Alma Morris Bailey, 85, a native of Southampton County, died 
Friday, July 3.

  Mrs. Bailey was a member of Wakefield Congregation Christian Church where 
she taught the Ladies’ Bible Class and was a member of the choir.

  Survived by a daughter Elizabeth Owen of Wakefield; a son, Archur L. Bailey 
of Wakefield; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

  Family at residence of Elizabeth Owens, 37178 Owen’s Grove Road, Wakefield.

  Funeral at 4:30 p.m. today at Purviance Funeral Home by Dr. David G. Brown, 
Jr.  Burial in Wakefield Cemetery.

  Memorials to Wakefield Volunteer Fire Department, Waverly or Ivor Volunteer 
Rescue Squad or a charity of choice.
