Bailey, 70, of Richmond, formerly of Wakefield, died Friday, Nov. 14, 1986. Mr. Bailey was a member of the Lodge of Strict Observance No. 207 A.F. & A.M., Richmond Scottish Rite Bodies, ACCA Temple Shrine and ACCA Motor Patrol. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Savage Bailey; two brothers, W. Drew Bailey of Front Royal and J.F.M. Bailey of Portsmouth; one sister, Mrs. James [sic; John] Holt of Wakefield; three stepdaughters, Kathy Burgess, and Susan Glascock, both of Richmond, and Pamela Dicker of Baltimore. Md.; two granddaughters; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted Monday, Nov. 17, in Bennett Funeral Home, Richmond. Burial followed in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the ACCA Temple Shrine Crippled Children’s Fund. Howell James "H.J."
