Bain Mrs. Augusta White Bain died at her home in Wakefield Wed- nesday after a long illness. A native and lifelong resident of the Wakefield community, she was a member of the Wakefield Methodist Church. She is survived by her hus- band, John E. Bain; two daugh- ters, Mrs. John E. Williams and Mrs. Paul Rogers, both of Wake- field; two sisters, Mrs. W. A. Harris and Mrs. J. A. Hatch, of Wakefield, two nieces and a nephew. She was the daughter of the late Robert W. and Martha Richardson White. Graveside services were held Thursday at 3:00 p. m. in the Wakefield Cemetery. The Rev. L. P. Bland and Dr. J. W. White officiated. Pallbearers were Robert Hatch, J. N. Savage, Ed Richardson, Jr., J. N. Barker, Floyd Joyner, G. L. Munford, V. W. Hines and R. M. Cobb. Honorary pallbear- ers were friends of the family. Augusta (WHITE; Mrs. John E.)
