REBY LAINE BRITTLE 

  WAKEFIELD -   Mrs. Reby Laine Brittle, 83, of Wakefield, died Saturday, 
June 14, 1986 in Colonial Heights Convalescent Center, Colonial Heights.

  She was the widow of Thomas Lee Brittle.

  She was born in Southampton County.

  She was the former owner of Brittle’s Market, Wakefield.

  She was a member of Wakefield Baptist Church, where she was a deaconess, 
a member of the Reese Bible Class and the Baptist Women’s Missionary Society.

  Survivors include a great-niece, Mrs. Diane E. Piotroski of Colonial 
Heights; a great-nephew, Marvin Edwards Morris Jr. of Waverly; and a sister-
in-law, Mrs. Inez Laine of Wakefield. 

  A funeral was conducted Tuesday, June 17, in Purviance Funeral Home Chapel, 
Wakefield, by the Rev. Parker Hooper and Douglas Cotter.

  Burial followed in Wakefield Cemetery.

  The family request that expression of sympathy take the form of 
contributions to Wakefield Baptist Church.
