JAMES HILL BURTON, JR. 

  SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - James Hill Burton Jr., 40, a native of Wakefield, Va., 
passed away April 2, 2004, at his home in San Antonio, Texas.  Born July 4, 
1962, he was the son of the late James H. Burton Sr. and Winifred Stieh 
Burton.  He worked for KLN Products and served his country in Desert Storm 
as a soldier in the U.S. Army.

  James is survived by two sisters, Wendy Kaye Clements and husband, Warren, 
and Sheila S. Ellis and husband, John; paternal grandmother, Minnie Hill 
Burton; stepmother Mary F. Burton; five aunts; three uncles; two nieces; one 
nephew; several cousins; and his very close and special friend, "Miss Alice" 
Gutierrrez.

  Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at Wakefield 
Cemetery, Wakefield, with the Rev. Ray Rowland officiating.  The family will 
receive friends at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, on Friday evening, 7 
to 8:30 p.m.
