She was a native of Southampton County and a member of Wakefield United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, James H. Burton; two daughters, Misses Wendy Kaye and Sheila Stieh Burton, and a son James H. Burton, Jr., all of Wakefield; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Bulls of Sedley, Mrs. Edith Powell of Fayetteville, N.C., and Mrs. Marjorie Bradshaw of Franklin; five brothers, William H. Stieh, Charles F. Stieh, all of Ivor, Marvin L. Stieh of Wakefield, and J.E. Stieh of Franklin. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Edward Griffin.
