Cannon, 73, a retired construction engineer and real estate broker, died Saturday, March 19. Mr. Cannon was a native of Petersburg [sic*] and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Bohemia, as well as the Wakefield Sportsman Club. Survived by his wife Lois D. Cannon of Petersburg; three sisters, Mary A. Marshall of Wakefield, Rosline Yates of Colonial Heights and Cora E. McEwen of Franklin. Funeral 11 a.m. Monday at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, by the Rev. Carl DeSousa. Burial in the Wakefield Cemetery.
