Johnson of Franklin. She was the wife of Robert Lee Faison, of Wakefield. She also is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Shelton H. Babb, of Ivor, Va.; Mrs. Russell Lewis, of Wakefield, and Mrs. C.J. Thompson, of Raleigh, N.C.; four sons, J. Donald Faison and Howard Faison, of Wakefield; R.A. Faison, of Ashland, Va., and Robert L. Faison, Jr., of Newport News; four sisters, Mrs. W.E. Cottle and Mrs. W.O. Hill, of Raleigh, N.C.; Mrs. F.J. Morgan and Ms. H.T. Wallace, of Washington, N.C.; two brothers, Clarence N. Dillard and A. Gordon Dillard, both of Raleigh, and 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the grave in Wakefield Cemetery. The funeral cortege will leave the home of Mrs. Johnson in Franklin at 1:30 p.m. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Mae Faison, Late of Wakefield, Buried Tuesday Funeral services of Mrs. Mae Dillard Faison, 70, a resident of Wakefield for many years, who died Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.J. Johnson of Franklin, were held Tuesday, March 27, at 3:00 P.M. at the grave in the Wakefield Cemetery. Rev. J.L. Blankenship, Jr., conducted the services, assisted by Dr. John E. White. Special music, a solo, "Sunrise Tomorrow," was sung by Crawley A. Laine, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Faison of Wakefield; four daughters, Mrs. G.J. Johnson of Franklin, Mrs. Shelton H. Babb of Ivor, Mrs. Russell Lewis of Wakefield and Mrs. C.J. Thompson of Raleigh, N.C.; four sons, J. Dillard Faison and Harward Faison of Wakefield, R.A. Faison of Ashland and Robert L. Faison, Jr., of Newport News. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. W.E. Cottle and Mrs. W.O. Hill of Raleigh, N.C., Mrs. F.J. Morgan and Mrs. H.T. Hill. ****************************************************************************** MAE ASHLEY DILLARD FAISON Mrs. Mae Dillard Faison, 70, a resident of Wakefield for many years, died at the home in Franklin of her daughter, Mrs. G.J. Johnson, on Monday morning, March 26. The wife of Robert Lee Faison of Wakefield, she had made her home with her daughter for the past year. Mrs. Faison was a member of the Wakefield Christian Church, and formerly was active in the Sunday school and the Woman's Missionary Society. Besides her husband she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. G.J. Johnson of Franklin, Mrs. Shelton H. Babb of Ivor, Mrs. Russell Lewis of Wakefield and Mrs. C.J. Thompson of Raleigh, N.C.; four sons, J. Dillard Faison and Harwood Faison of Wakefield, R.A. Faison of Ashland, and Robert L. Faison, Jr., of Newport News; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; four sisters, Mrs. W.E. Cottle and Mrs. W.O. Hill of Raleigh, N.C., and Mrs. F.J. Morgan and Mrs. H.T. Wallace of Washington, N.C.; and two brothers, Clarence N. Dillard and A. Gordon Dillard of Raleigh, N.C. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the graveside in the Wakefield Cemetery. Officiating was Rev. J.L. Blankenship of Wakefield. Pallbearers were Shelton Babb, L.B.
