TESSIE EVELYN GARDNER FREEMAN 

MRS. TESSIE FREEMAN 

  SUFFOLK - Mrs. Tessie Evelyn Gardner Freeman, 70, died Thursday in Louise 
Obici Memorial Hospital.

  Born in Nansemond County, she was a member of Wakefield Baptist Church.

  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn F. Glover of Suffolk; a sister, 
Mrs. Alice G. Rollings of Wakefield; and a grandchild.

  A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Purviance Funeral Home, 
Wakefield, by the Rev. Jerry Edwards and the Rev. Steven Edwards.

  Burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery.

  The family will be at the residence, 3013 Catalina Ave., Suffolk.
