ANNIE LEE CLARK GWALTNEY 

  NORFOLK - Mrs. Annie Clark Gwaltney of Norfolk, sister of Mrs. Bessie C. 
Drewry of Wakefield, died Tuesday in Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk.

  Born in News Ferry, she spent her early years in Wakefield.

  Additional survivors include a son, Thomas O. Gwaltney III of Virginia 
Beach; and a grandchild.

  A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. today at in Wakefield 
Cemetery by the Rev. J.M. Tongue and Rev. L.P. Bland.

  Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, is in charge.

ANNIE LEE CLARK GWALTNEY 

   NORFOLK - A funeral service for Annie Clark Gwaltney was held at 3 p.m. 
Wednesday in Wakefield Cemetery by the Rev. James M. Tongue and L.P. Bland. 
Purviance Funeral Home was in charge.

   Mrs. Gwaltney died Tuesday in a hospital.

   A native of News Ferry, she was a former resident of Wakefield.  She was 
a member of Freeman Street Baptist Church and the widow of Thomas Oliver 
Gwaltney Jr.
