THOMAS GWALTNEY, JR. NORFOLK MERCHANT DIES NORFOLK - Jan. 25 - AP - Thomas Oliver Gwaltney, Jr., 53, president of J.M. & T.O. Gwaltney Company, grain and feed dealers, died here at noon today. He was a native of Surry County and had been a resident of Norfolk for 33 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Anne Clark Gwaltney; a son, Thomas Gwaltney, III; his mother, Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Gwaltney; and a sister, Mrs. Robin Marquart. A funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday and burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery, Wakefield.
