E.A. HATCH DIES IN WAKEFIELD FRANKLIN - Mrs. Katherine Webb Hatch, 69, of Wakefield, widow of Everett A. Hatch, died at her home Saturday morning after a long illness. Mrs. Hatch was the daughter of Alfonso R. and Lavinia M. Smith Webb of Prince George County. She was a member of the Wakefield Methodist Church until her health failed seven months ago. Surviving her are a daughter, Mrs. Katherine H. Whitfield of Farmville; two sons, E.A. Hatch Jr. of Baltimore and H.T. Hatch of Richmond; one brother, John D. Webb of Disputanta, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at her residence in Wakefield at 3 p.m. Sunday by Dr. W.L. Ware of Richmond.
