All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ EVERETTE ALLEN HATCH EVERETT ALLEN HATCH PASSES AT WAKEFIELD WAKEFIELD - Everette Allen Hatch, 71, for 39 years engaged in business here, most of that time in the lumber business, died early Sunday morning of a heart attack. He had been in failing health for several years. Mr. Hatch was a native of Prince George County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. David T. Hatch. For a number of years he was a steward of the Wakefield Methodist Church and was a director of the Bank of Sussex and Surry. Mr. Hatch is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cassie Webb Hatch; one daughter, Mrs. J.H. Whitfield of Farmville, and two sons, Everett Allen Hatch, Jr. and Herbert Thomas Hatch of Richmond. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. Burial will be in the Wakefield Cemetery.
