Mr. Lineberry was a 1983 graduate of Tidewater Academy and a member of Waids Hunt Club. He was a United States Postal Carrier for the Franklin area. Survivors include his parents, A.W. "Junior" and Betty Griffin Lineberry of Wakefield; a brother, William Travis Lineberry of Wakefield; a maternal grandmother, Daisy Harris Griffin of Wakefield; and a paternal grandmother, Ethel J. Lineberry of Charlotte Court House. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 27, at 2 p.m. at the Purviance Funeral Home of Wakefield with the Rev. Parker Hooper officiating. Burial was in the Wakefield Cemetery.
