A retired merchant, he was a member of Courtland Baptist Church and Ivor Lodge, AF and AM. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mamie Stephenson Niblett; two brothers, Grover C. Niblett of Ivor and Edward Niblett of Windsor; and two half-brothers, A.P. and B.F. Niblett, both of Ivor. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, with Masonic burial in Wakefield Cemetery. "Feeter" RAIFORD, daughter of Albert Nicholson & Carolyn (BULLS) RAIFORD, m. 31 Jan 1878, in Southampton Co. (MB3:264). Lloyd's D.Cert. 32933 (Franklin #105) gives Feeta. It also appears Fayetta, Frietta, Fyetta, &c. His sister's name was Feather, so that may be another possibility. His step-mother, "Mamie" Mary Frances (PARSONS) NIBLETT, is buried with her maternal in grandparents in a WHITE family cemetery, between Courtland & Wakefield.
