LEANDER RICHARDSON PASSES AWAY AT HIS HOME HERE, AGED 78 

  Leander Richardson, aged 78, died at his home in Wakefield, on August 8, 
after an illness of several weeks.  He is survived by one brother, M. 
Richardson, of Wakefield. 

  Funeral services were conducted from the Wakefield Methodist Church Sunday 
afternoon at four o'clock.  Rev. A.K. Lambdin and Rev. W.L. Ware officiated. 
Interment was made in the Wakefield cemetery. 

  Pallbearers were: active, J.A. Hatch, J.E. Bain, J.S. White, O.E. 
Richardson, E.M. Richardson, W.V. Rogers; honorary, W.A. Harris, P.J. Holmes, 
E.A. Hatch, J.H. Harris, H.L. Harris, R.A. Faison, W.H. Savedge, L.E. 
Stephenson, H.H. Carroll, D.V. Branch, C.A. Anderson, Dr. T.M. Raines.
