MARGARET "MAGGIE" ANN JORDAN ROWELL 

  WAKEFIELD - March 19 - Mrs. Margaret Jordan Rowell, 91, died Friday morning 
at the home of her son, A.C. Rowell in Lynchburg.  She is survived by a son, 
A.G. Rowell of Lynchburg, and one brother, Nobel Jordan of Dendron.  She was 
a member of Moore swamp Baptist Church, Surry County.  Funeral rites will be 
held at Wakefield Cemetery at 2 p.m. Sunday.

b. 15 Jan 1916, Prince George Co., d. 17 Mar 1949, at son's home, Lynchburg, 
interred in Wakefield Cemetery*, 19 Mar 1949,

Her husband (1857-1912) was buried in Surry Co.  They m. there 31 Dec 1883.
