Mrs. Rollings was a native of Nansemond Co. and daughter of the late George Marion and Annie Lawrence Gardner. She was a member of Wakefield United Methodist Church and a former member of the Waverly Chapter No. 172, Order of the Eastern Star. She was the widow of Mills Cecil Rollings. She is survived by two children; a son, Mills Gardner Rollings, Dinwiddie Co.; a daughter, Nancy R. Burgess, Richmond; four grandchildren, Alice Gail Benson, Joseph R. Burgess, Leslie J. Rollings and Annette C. Burgess; one great- grandson, Ryan P. Benson. Funeral service will be held at the Wakefield United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 16, at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Charles Rowley, Rev. Jerry Edwards and Rev. George Lee Hearn. Burial will be in Wakefield Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity. Alice Caroline (GARDNER; Mrs. M.
