RALPH THEO SCOTT, JR. 

  Ralph Theo Scott, Jr., 59, of Richmond, Va., passed away Friday, October 22, 
2004.  Mr. Scott is survived by his daughter, Julie Catherine Scott; and 
family and friends.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 26, 2004, 
11 a.m. at Wakefield United Methodist Church.  Interment will follow in 
Wakefield Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour 
prior to the service.  A memorial celebration and reception will be held on 
Wednesday, October 27, 10:30 a.m. at Saint Francis Home’s Sullivan Place.  In 
lieu of flowers, the family request memorial gifts be given to St. Francis 
Home, 2511 Wise Sr., Richmond, VA. 23223.

  Purviance Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
