Church, Wakefield, Va., of which she was a leading member, this afternoon at 3 o’clock. Mrs. Stephenson was much respected and admired by all who knew her for her unselfish, lovely Christian character. She was a daughter of the late Dr. Oscar Hartwell Baird, of Sussex County. She is survived by her husband, Walter A. Stephenson; two sons, Walter A. Stephenson, Jr. and Hartwell B. Stephenson; two daughters, Miss Mary A. Stephenson and Miss Rebecca Stephenson, all of Wakefield; two sisters, Mrs. Jesse Felix West, of Waverly, and Mrs. Blanche Baird Moffitt, of Wakefield, and three brothers, Dr. T. Edwin Baird, and Oscar Harrison Baird, of Norfolk, and John Frederick Baird, of Waverly. The interment will be in the Wakefield Cemetery.
