Born in Norfolk, she was a retired practical nurse. She was a member of Millfield Baptist Church, Ivor. Survivors include four sons, Jesse Burt Collier Sr. of Maryland, Benjamin R. Collier of Richmond, William W. Collier of Bumpass and Eugene T. Collier of Minnesota; four sisters, Mrs. Louise R. Nettles of Wakefield, Mrs. Mary C. Higgins of Waverly and Mrs. Essie Mae Hutchinson and Mrs. Clara R. Jones, both of Harrisonburg; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Wakefield Cemetery by the Rev. Parker Hooper. Purviance Funeral Home, Wakefield, is in charge. Annie Maude (ROBERTSON COLLIER; Mrs. D. Her second husband (1889-1958) is buried in Emmanuel Episcopal Church Cemetery, Powhatan. They m. 17 Mar 1934 in Lunenburg Co., & div. in 1953.
