In obedience to a decretal(?) order of the County Court of Sussex ? directed which hereto ? 
are here proceded to divide the proceeds of the sale of the land and other estate of THOMAS 
HUNT SENR. decd in the hands of THOMAS HUNT the executor as mentioned in the said order. 
Among the legatees of the said decd. directed to do which we have made out the foregoing 
amount of the executional transactions of the said Executor and assertained that several 
proportions of the said estate to be as above stated which we have assigned to them 
respectively and have taken their receipts for the same which are herewith returned.

FRANKEY, ISHAM, BEN & LUCY for his proportion and to JOHN HUNT-STEPHEN CLARY & CHILD, AMEY 
AND LYDIA for his proportion and to WILKINS J. HUNT-HARTWELL, ADAM, JANE, & FRANCES for his 
proportion and ROBERT H. VAUGHAN, EATON P. VAUGHAN and DOROTHY VAUGAN children of LUCY VAUGHAN
formerly HUNT-FED(?), CRESY & CHILD & BETSEY for their proportions which is respectfully 
submitted
