Will of Aaron Ivey(Will Book F, page 510, Sussex Co.VA.) IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I Aaron Ivy of the parrish of Albemarl and the County of Sussex being Weake in boday in perfect mind and memory thanks be to God for the same, I doo constitute apoint this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following. I give my Sole to All Mighty God who gave it me and my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executor and as to my estate I give and bequeath in manner as follows Viz. Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Eaday Ivy Fanna and (George?) to her and her heirs forever. Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Simmons Ivy Will and Juday to him and his heirs forever Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ranay Ivy (Toam?) and Channa to her and her heirs forever. I lend to my loving wife Elizibeth Ivy dureing her life or widowhood my my land and plantation a Negro man named Tom and woman named Milla, Horses, Cattle, Sheep, and hogs house hold furniture likewise I give and bequeath unto Ranay Ivy one bed and furniture dureing her life. I give and bequeath unto Ranay Ivy one Cow and Cafe to her and her heirs forever.I give and bequeath to Thomas Simmons Ivy one bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever. And after decease of my wife all the rest of my Estate to be solde at publick sale and the money to be Equilly divided between Eaday Ivy, Thomas Simmons Ivy, Ranay Ivy. I constitute and apoint my loving wife Elizabeth Ivy and Thomas Simmons Ivy executors of this my last Will and Testament.
