Will of Asberry Ivey (Will Book R, page 389, Sussex Co.VA.) I Asberry Ivey of the County of sussex and State of Virginia do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit. I give and bequeath to my sisters Sally and Susan E. Ivey all my estate both real and personal to them and their heirs forever. I constitute and appoint my sisters Sally and Susan E. Executors to this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills made by me at any time and I respectfully request that the Court will permit either or both of my said sisters to qualify on my estate without giving security.
