Will of Asberry Ivey (Will Book R, page 389, Sussex Co.VA.)

I Asberry Ivey of the County of sussex and State of Virginia do make
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following to wit. I give and bequeath to my sisters Sally and Susan E.
Ivey all my estate both real and personal to them and their heirs
forever. I constitute and appoint my sisters Sally and Susan E.
Executors to this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills made by
me at any time and I respectfully request that the Court will permit
either or both of my said sisters to qualify on my estate without 
giving security.
In Witness of all which I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this 18th day of June 1847.

At a Court held for sussex County on the 6th day of June 1861.
The last Will and Testament of Asberry Ivey dec'd. was presented into
Court and proved by the oath of Benjamin T.Birdsong one of the 
subscribing witnesses thereto, and Richard L.Dobie testified as to the
handwriting of William R.Land the other witness and admitted to record.
