IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I HANNAH OWIN of Sussex County being in Intorable good health thanks be to Almighty God for the same, but calling to mind the uncertainty of this life do think proper to dispose of what it hath been please God to bless me with in the following manner Viz. Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved son William Owin after my death my plantation or land whereon I now live that he may freely enjoy and possess it also all the tools belonging to the said plantation with all the Cask and Barrels grinstone, one pair of money scales and one small Trunk. Item - I give and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Hannah Owin one Trunk beside her equal perpotion with the rest of her Sisters. Item - I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters to wit Rebeckah Rogers, Mary Kee, Elisabeth Milner, Ann Mossey and Hannah Owin above mentioned the whole of my estate both real and personable not before given away, only I do give to Mary Kee wife of John Kee the whole of the interest of the money which he is me from the time I lent it him untill my death, also it is my desire that in case either of my five daughters should die before myself that then the whole potion above given them be eaqueally divided between all the children which she may have living at the time of my death. It is my will and desire that my beloved Son Wm. Owin be my Executor to this my last Will and Testament Given under my hand this 22nd day of September One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty nine. The last Will and testament of Hannah Owin deceased was presented into Court by William Owin the executor therein named the same was proved by the Oath of William Grizzard one of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, And on motion of said executor who made oath and gave bond agreeably to Law, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate thereof in due form.
