Will of Charles W.Sammons

Dec.23rd 1856.
I Charles W.Sammons believing my stay on earth to be short, bequeath
into the hands of my brother Joseph T.Sammons all of my property and
money, for my Sister Sarah H.Sammons, after the payment of my just 
debts, to be paid to her fifteen Dollars anually.

At a Court held for Sussex County the 5th day of March 1857. The last
Will and Testament of Charles W.Sammons dec'd. was presented into Court
and proved by the oaths of George S.Rives and Robert Wright two of the
subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.- And there 
being no executor named in the will: On the motion of Joseph T.Sammons
who made oath and entered into bond with E____t M.Ellis, Robert Wright,
and George S.Rives his securities in the penalty of five hundred 
Dollars, conditioned as the law directs, letters of administration with
the Will annexed is granted him in due form.
