Will of Elizabeth Tuder - 1779
(Will Book C, page 327, Sussex Co.VA.)

IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen etc. I Elizabeth Tuder in the County of Sussex
do this third day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
hundred and seventy nine make and ordain this my last Will and 
Testament in manner and form following, to wit.
Item. I devise to my Son Robert Tuder one Cow & Heifer one Sow & ten
piggs one barrow one Sow & two piggs which said Hoggs & cattle I give
to my Son Robert to him and his heirs forever.
Item. I devise to my Son John Tuder one Cow which said Cow I give to my
Son John to him and his heirs forever.
Item. I give to my daughter Hannah Tuder one Cow three Sows & two 
Shotes which said Cow & Hoggs I give to my daughter Hannah to her and
her heirs forever. And all the residue of my estate of what kind soever
I give to Robert John & Hannah Tuder to them & their heirs forever.

At a Court held for Sussex County the 18th day of March 1779.
The last Will & Testament of Elizabeth Tuder deced. was presented into
Court and proved by the oath of Richard Stewart one of the witnesses
thereto & by the Court ordered to be recorded.
