Persons or organizations desiring to use this material, must obtain the written consent of the contributor, or the legal representative of the submitter, and contact the listed USGenWeb archivist with proof of this consent. ************************************************************************ Contributed by Christie Canfield **************************************************************** I Ann Wren of Sussex County being in sound mind and memory do make and Ordain this writing to contain my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth -- First I give and bequeath unto Nancy Wren Daughter of Henry Wren one feather bed and furniture her choice one pine chest her choice one Iron pot her choice one pewter dish and ½ doz Earthen plates all the money that's in my possession with all the debts due me one suit of my cloths her choice of my cardinal my desire is that all these articles with the money be paid unto my grand Daughter al my death – Secondly I give unto my grand Son John Wren Son of Henry Wren my Sorrel Mare but my desire is that his father and family have the use of her until my grand Son arrives to Lawful age - Thirdly I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Lee one half of my wearing apparel – Fourthly I give the balance of my Cloths unto my Son Henry Wrens Children -- Fifthly I give and bequeath the residue of my Estate of every description unto my Son Henry Wrens Children to be applied for their support until the youngest Child arrives to Lawful age and at that time I wish an equal division between all his Children - Lastly I nominate and appoint my friends Marcus Zills and Marcus Pair executors to this my last will and testament I desire that my estate be not appraised.
