My will & desire is that my children who had not got or closed their education shall have one out of my estate, the Girls to read and to write, but take notice I do earnestly desire my Son William shall have a liberal education at the expense of my estate if he should live. – Item 2nd. After my just debts are paid and allowing my loving wife Lydia her full dower, my will & desire is that the ballance of my estate be equally divided of all kind & qualities among all my surviving children as they arrive to lawful age namely, Julia, Elijah, Deborah, Mary, Anney, William, Lydia to them & their heirs forever, & at the death of their mother to share in equal proportion , and Lastly I do nominate & appoint my friend Jno W. Watkins my whole & Sole executor to this my last Will & testament. – In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & affixed my seal this 27th day of Novr 1814. The last will and testament of William Wrenn was presented into Court by John W. Watkins the exor therein named, the same was proved by the oaths of Evans Wren and Etheldred Davis two of the witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of Said Exor who ???? each and entered into bond conditioned as the law directs administrator with the last will and testament of the Said William Wren deceased is granted him in due form.
