Burke Family Cemetery

The Burke Family Cemetery is located about 1/2 mile east of the present post
office at Jewell Ridge, Va. on state road 621. 

Twenty-three individuals are known to be interred in the Burke Family 
Cemetery.  In addition, there are six unknown and unmarked graves, and seven
with unmarked stones.  There probably are other graves.  The last person to 
be buried in the cemetery was Rebecca Mitchell Burke, spouse of Charles 
Robert Burke.
